Mr. Kiichiro Hirata, President & CEO, leads over 135 employees in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of top-of-the-line quality control systems for customers worldwide. Futec's headquarters is located in Kagawa, Japan where four major products are manufactured: MaxEye.P, MaxEye.F, EasyMax.MC, EasyMax.Neo & Kaleido.Eye.

A brief history of Futec:

• 1955 : Incorporated under the name of “Fuji Lubrication Co.”
  Manufacture and sales of lubricators for rolling stock.
• 1977 : Became independent entity as “FUTEC Inc.” , developed from a department of “Fuji Lubrication Co."
• 1978 : Started manufacture of surface inspection systems for non-printed materials.
• 1987 : Started manufacture of print inspection systems.
