FUJI Tekko's FSL-FV-FE
Fraction Shaft Type Slitter/Rewinder

This machine is designed for use as a secondary slitter and/or rewinder for various plastic films after manufacturing and conversion.  The Fuji Model FSL-FV-FE unwinds the film, slits and rewinds it with ease.

Advantages

• Special friction shafts controlled by pneumatics allows proportional and precise torque with air pressure (min. ring width 30 mm)
• Winding tension curves can be installed in the computer allowing the operator to call out a model pattern for exact adjustments and finish work quickly. A total of 30 unique patterns can be programmed to fit your needs.
• Our specially designed pneumatic/spring system with lay-on rollers are equipped as standard, giving you high quality product rolls.
• Mill roll lifter and finished roll receiver can be attached as an optional feature.
