The Labeler is normally mounted above the top surface of the material being inspected. When it receives a signal from the FUTEC system or other system, the Labeler adheres a tag to the running web or sheet material. The tag will be applied in a position parallel to the detected flaw. The FUTEC system contains adjustable delay circuitry which can be used to calculate the delay needed to tag the web correctly, despite varying line speeds.

There are two types of the Labelers depending on the application:
Low Speed & High Speed

Low Speed Labeler: LM-2LR-1: (up to 800 feet per minute)
High Speed Labeler: F208PX: (up to 1,600 feet per minute)
